IDoctor Redd and the entire staff that I came into contact with were all very knowledgeable and very courteous. They took care of all my needs, but I did feel really rushed like when I had a question it was very short and succinct answers. I felt like some of the information that I asked I didn’t really get a proper response. Regarding the physical interaction, Doctor Redd was good at unwrapping the rest re-wrapping and checking it.
