Dr. Craven is a caring, thorough practitioner. She always is prepared for an appointment by having reviewed my medical history beforehand and therefore has particular steps in mind. But she also listens patiently to any concerns I have and works with me to resolve them. Dr. Craven is notably good at explaining conditions, diagnoses, and procedures. She is quick to respond to Internet messages, as are her support staff. Our doctor/patient relationship has been excellent in the four plus years I have been seeing her. I enjoy our meetings and trust her judgement completely.
