Dr. Doubledee has been very thorough in dealing with my daughter's celiacs. He listens, answers any questions, offers suggestions, handles any email concerns I have quickly and has called me back more than once (and once on a Saturday). He is genuinely concerned about her condition. I would highly recommend him.
