Dr. Cicone listens even when he's busy. He is conservative about prescribing medication. I agree that the staff has turnover and staff communication can be a bit distant. The portal isn't maintained, as others have said. So, in my opinion, might as well not have it. When I ended up with a few issues, Dr. Cicone was right on it. I appreciate his expertise and dedication to medicine.
