Dr. Schoeder & his team are outstanding & understand the urgency of some of the procedures they perform after an initial abnormal mamogram. His team saw me the next day at 10 am after I called at 2:30 in the previous afternoon. Aftet the first abnormal mammogram I assumed Eastern Radiologists and Physicians East would to schedule a timely follow up. Not so. They wasted twelve days to schedule a second mamogram/sonogram & 3.5 weeks for a biopsy after a second mammogram and sonogram. East Radiology and Phys East did most communication via mail and support staff wasting more time. Thank goodness I took action a made an appointment with Dr. Schroeder and didn't wait a month for a follow up. Communication with Dr. Schroeder's office was in person and the phone calls were limited to insurance questions and to the calls I placed. My diagnosis was invasive cancer resulting in a mastectomy. By seeing Dr. Schroeder my surgery and treatment happened at least a month earlier.
