Dr Kessel provided expert care and personalized recommendations. He gave me some of the best medical advice I have ever received. Yes, he may look at the computer, but the subject matter he deals with can be very sensitive, and he actually made me more comfortable by not having too much direct eye contact. I appreciated his wisdom and tact.
