I was originally diagnosed by other doctors with Lupus and treated with the incorrect medicine for 8 years. My symptoms were numbness down my arm, my eye going black, and strong sensitivities to all cleaning supplies-even wearing gloves. Dr. Rind tested me thru different labs and my tests all came back positive for Lyme Disease. I had literally been seeing Rheumatologists for 8 years getting thousands of dollars in lab work and everything was still being dx with Lupus. I even had them trying to tell me I had a discoid rash-THAT I JUST WAS NOT SEEING!!! These doctors were not listening to what I was saying. When you are dx with Lupus Drs. prescribe prednisone, which I was pulsed in the hospital with 1000 mg for 3 days, just so I could walk. This lead to me being dependent on steroids that I didn't need and were actually bringing down my immune system.Dr. Rind listened.. he built up my immune system & started treating me with the correct Lyme protocol. Dr. Rind is awesome!!!
