When Dr. Pacius did my spinal epidurals I was very worried about the use of Propofol as my anesthesia. It was used for my kidney cancer ten hour surgery and I was not able to breath on my own for 10 hours. Dr. Burton took the initiative to discuss this with my primary care doctor and me about the cause with my breathing being the shock from the loss of blood and tissue and not Propofol. On his own initiative and kindness he taped an oxygen hose to the surgery table directly by my nose.
