Dr. Haugen is very personable. He explained in great detail everything I would be going through. He helped calm me down, as I'm facing upcoming radiation to get rid of cancer, hopefully. He was in very high spirits. He listens well, answered all of my questions. We even had a discussion about socks, and he included that in his notes. He's a very kind man and seems to really care about his patients.
