My family has been getting treatments by Dr. Roos for 10 years. We’re always happy with everything, from staff friendliness, cleanliness, ease of (re)scheduling, explaining things, transparency of fees, to everything about treatments… e.g. once Dr. Roos missed his kid’s soccer game on a Saturday to fix an issue for my kid, which I thought could’ve waited. It was just a matter of discomfort but he took care of it in no time as if it happened to his own kid. Also, he didn’t charge my kid’s last treatment, which had to take place after getting the wisdom teeth extracted and the 12-year-molars come out. He is very honest, professional, kind and compassionate, as a doctor and as a person. His business is never about money, but helping people have healthy teeth and happy smiles. Now that I’m getting my Invisalign with him, even though we moved to another city and the commute is longer than before, I wouldn’t consider going to any other orthodontists. He’s the BEST!
