Patient Reviews
Jun 22, 2024
My first appointment with Dr Trumm in Fall 2021 was very difficult for me for several reasons having nothing to do with him. But he listened to every word which I'm certain wasn't easy to do. I had been misdiagnosed or not listened to for. 6 plus months, tossed around between orthopedic specialists & could not find a surgeon that would check me out thoroughly & agree that I had a problem, with my shoulder. They all had tunnel vision all they saw was my neck pathology...., until I saw a neck Dr in Cedar Rapids! He scanned me determined it was my shoulder - full tears, big spurs etc but no others would agree until Dr Field. May 2021 RCR was done. 6 mo after & I tore it up in An MRI scan.. Dr Field retired. A cpl weeks later, I met Dr Trumm. Fast forward Dr Trumm stepped in & up and has provided the very best care in a mess of an arthritic shoulder.I got anatomic shoulder 8.2022 but needed a revision after another freak incident w now I have a reverse anatomy replacement. Trumm cares

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
