I came into Penn's ER for drug reaction I was having that had me really scared, and Dr. Utley and the rest of the ER team on that day did an incredible job of calming me down, explaining what was happening, and how to deal with it. Out of all the ER docs I've ever had, Dr. Utley is the only one who's ever made me feel like I was a person she was actually concerned for. The ideal person you want in an emergency.
