I flew to Elmira from our Winter home in Florida. After numerous tests My primary Doctor felt that my gallbladder should be removed. An appointment was set up with Dr. To. I arrived for the appointment I was in extreme pain. She reviewed the various test results & agreed the gallbladder needed to be removed. I explained that we had just arrived from Florida & was very willing to have the surgery ASAP. Dr To sat with us, drew detailed drawings of the organs involved. Explained how they should work & what she would do step by step to remove the organ. However the ER was not available for 1 week. She felt bad that I might have to wait that long. She ordered blood work & determined that there might be an infection & scheduled me for surgery the next morning at 7:00am. The next day she came in twice to ask how I was doing & they was very glad she could help with my pain. SO CARING! At my post op she was so glad I had done so well & wished us a safe trip back to Florida. SHE IS AWSOME!
