This is a professional, caring and responsive group of people. In my view, Caitlin Batchelor establishes these criteria herself by surpassing normal standards of excellence. She is surrounded by a staff of like-minded professionals. In submitting this, I am motivated by a recent personal experience and will mention but two: Doctor Kelsey Rockey (Caitlin's partner) and Terry Emrich (RDA, of long experience), neither of whom I had met before in previous visits to the practice. Suffice to say that their manner, expertise and teamwork transformed an embarrassing dental mishap (chipped front tooth) into a functional and fine-looking restoration in one visit. And they did it with dispatch, user-friendliness and élan. Also should mention that the office didn't make me wait for an appointment, but saw me next day after my mishap. Kudos to this practice!
