I was her patient for years.I always felt understood and heard.The visits with her are often long but its worth it.She makes sure to hear everything you say actively ask follow up questions.The staff in her clinic are friendly and made very easy to find a sense of safety in them.She spoke Spanish to me which as an immigrant adolescent was so important for me, I was so filled with fear the first time I met her ,about 6 years ago, but she made it be one of the places I felt safe and cared for.
