A true professional, he listens intently before he speaks. And when he speaks, he knows that of what he is talking about. Suffering complications from a defective left lead, during an intensive 6.5 hour operation to replace my CRT-D, he also fitted me with the latest tech lead. 'This lead is the way of the future.' I highly recommend him!
