I am one of those that asks a lot of questions and I expect direct answers, always apprehensive about prescriptions drugs, treatment, and surgery. Dr. Kagan has been a joy to have as my cardiologist. He is patient, understanding, very compassionate and explains every procedure in detail along with what to expect. He will even show you the results of your before and after surgery. His staff is also a pleasure to work with. I've yet had a delay in the waiting room to see him, he's very prompt and then doesn't rush you through the appointment. He also has a good sense of humor which adds to putting you at ease. Dr. Kagan recently did an in-hospital procedure on my and kept me informed, comforted, and gave me the 'you can go home' follow-up at 8:30 a.m. the next day.I can highly recommend him without hesitation. I've been very impressed.
