I was seen because of a near choking incident that left me unable to eat or drink more than a silver dillar at a time. I went to two ER locations: silverton and salem. Un beknownst to me I could have scheduled an urgent care visit the entire time. Upon arrival Dr. Saffer was so empathetic and caring, also apologizing on behalf of all medical care that my issue had not been addressed and it being so difficult to be seen. I introduced myself, spouse and baby while he introduced himself by his first name Cameron. I loved the compassion from him and amazing feedback based on my symptoms and knowledge he had on the topic as well as history to share with me about what I was going through. He got a soft tissue xray and a GI cocktail to ease my throat pain and discomfort. I slept well that night and had such wellness and peace feeling I could be taken care of and live a long healthy life.
