The surgery on my wife was fine, but they have never sent a bill. As I have no insurance I needed a written bill to submit to BC Health to obtain partial reimbursement. I asked for it at the time Dr. Nguyen's was charged to my credit card and was promised it would be sent. I followed up 4 times with phone calls. I even wrote a personal letter to the doctor. Despite all this, the account was never sent. This is inexplicable and unprofessional and I therefore cannot obtain reimbursement.
