Dr Culmer has treated me for a host of health problems for 20+ years. She is highly intelligent, thorough, careful, and respectful. She is better about responding to messages than any other of dozens of doctors I've seen as an adult. She isn't outwardly emotional toward patients but when you get a result about a recent test or a phone call about a treatment at 8 in the evening after seeing her at 9 AM, you know how much she cares. The referrals are how HMOs work, if you have a great primary doc.
