I met Dr. Smart in 1998 when I went to the emergency room In Pineville. I have severe asthma which I was being hospitalized like every 6 weeks. Dr. Smart saved my life on several Occasions. He recommended I be put on zolair shots which are suppose to bring my hospitalizations to a minimum. I have now been on Zolair shots for 7 years and I no longer go to the emergency or hardly even use my inhalers. Dr Smart has my highest respect. I have never to this day met a more intelligent and respectful doctor. He is friendly. And makes you laugh no matter the situation. I would recommend him to anyone.
