Patient Reviews
Aug 24, 2024
Dr. Hasselman correctly diagnosed and treated both of my children's very different ankle injuries.  One child had synovitis of a joint due to a virus. Only Dr. Hasselman listened carefully to all of my child's past history and ordered the proper tests to make this connection. It was then quickly resolved by Dr. Hasselman with cortisone. The other child had some torn ligaments that caused ankle instability. After not improving after another doctor's incorrect diagnosis, I took her to see Dr. Hasselman. He carefully inspected every part of her ankle and then ordered the correct tests to properly diagnose her. Under Dr. Hasselman's care, she tried treatments that didn't require surgery for a year. Her condition improved enough to participate in sports using a brace, but the underlying problem always existed. She then had surgery by Dr. Hasselman about a year after diagnosis. After about 4 months, she was healed and able to participate in her sports without restrictions and without any

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
