I love our provider Dr Carla Meister. The past few months the MCM messages have not been reaching her and I am not comfortable trying to contact our provider by these means anymore as I had in the past for our family. Prior to whatever has changed In the past few months, I had been happy with the process and felt assurance knowing concerns were appropriately triaged to our provider. We were able to avoid unnecessary office visits and know our provider was aware of health updates and could efficiently provide advice to us.
