Met Dr. Blomquist late October "23 at the emergency room at Northside- Cherokee. Had checked in under concerns I had suffered a TIA at home. Found her be very adept and professional, quickly swinging into action via staff to diagnose my condition through imaging, x-ray, bloodwork and myriad basic tests. She spent considerable time explaining my conditon and necessary next steps to include callind other institutions where appropriate follow-on care would be available. Initially not planning to spend the night, she convinced me to stay for observation. She was also conversant which my family. While we were eventually compelled to leave the room we had setteled into due to the age of our children, this had nothing to do with her personal attention to my issure! She was great!
