Dr. Carlos Rivera has helped many of my family members with his expert knowledge of neuroradiology. He is by far the most knowledgeable, competent neuroradiologist in Savannah. He is professional, courteous and most importantly honest. Don’t trust anyone in Savannah for the most important neurological imaging readings.
