To Whom It May Concern: I'm writing this letter about Dr. Contreras, the psychiatrist I see at Antelope Valley Mental Health Center. I have been a DMH member since year 2017. Dr. Contreras is a doctor who really cares about his patient’s well-being. Under the care of Dr. Contreras, I'm able to have a voice again and taking charge of my health. Dr. Contreras is not the topical doctor, I had from DHM that would prescribe me medication, ask me few questions and make me sit until the psych writes a summary on the computer. Dr. Contreras educates about the medical issues I have. I understand I am mentally ill and I have learned to live with it and expect it because Dr. Contreras doesn't be little or label me. Dr. Contreras is a one of a kind he has helped me realize how life is beautiful. Dr. Contreras saved my life by listening to what I was had to say. To me time is worth more than anything. Money comes and goes, materials fade or break but time; you can't buy time back. I was very hu
