Dr Ortiz performed a laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair for me after four previous failed repairs by other surgeons. So I was a complex case. My surgery was ten years ago. I told myself I was not going to leave a review too soon because of my previous history. Today, I had a discussion with a relative who has a similar problem and I immediately recommended Dr Ortiz. Sorry this review took so long but after frustration with previous repairs I was hesitant. Now with ten years of success with this hernia repair I cannot recommend Dr Ortiz highly enough. Thank you Dr Ortiz for restoring my quality of life.
