I read the reviews and I was not surprised that he has had a couple of prudes that are offended. I went to his office anyway after talking to a couple of people that have seen him at his offices. I was unsurprised that he speaks like normal folk, not like a phony doctor that is trying to impress you. I am sure that you can find a lovely-speaking doctor, like I have done in the past, who does poor work and you end up shelling out thousands and losing teeth that he just repaired or you can get a doctor that is simply excellent. Dr M will give you straight answers and will be attentive to your concerns. I noticed that he actually cares and empathizes. He provided two options for my issues and stands behind his work. He performed all the procedures needed without referring me out (I had a bad experience at a dentist that referred me to an endodontist and then a periodontist...and I ended up losing the tooth anyway). One can't argue with results.
