Dr. Ulloa is the best neurologist I've seen in the 10 years I've been seeing one. She is attentive, doesn't rush appointments, digs deeper into your issues, and actually reviews your last appointments to be able to progress your health rather than waste time on why you are even there. Dr. Ulloa is now at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS.
