My first experience with Dr. Castillo was very pleasant and positive. She smiled when she entered the room. She was not overly chatty but instead was politely attentive. She spent more time on my initial visit (probably 35-50 minutes) than any other physician I have had in my adult life. Since I'm 78, that says a lot! She was courteous and answered my questions in a helpful yet concise way. Having read other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to find her not only polite and kind, but also very skilled and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Castillo!
