Exceptional. Dr. Hettrich cared for me in a most professional and caring manner.She gave me options on how to improve my issue and in the end the only option was surgery.Dr. Hettrich replaced my left shoulder and after 6 months I feel no pain. I could not have asked for a better surgeon, surgery and location where my surgery took place.Overall a positive experience.
