Dr. Ball was my doctor for my first baby (born 3 weeks ago today!) and she was amazing from beginning to end. She has a great energy about her and a ton of experience that makes her that rare combination of knowledgeable yet approachable. She never made me feel dumb for asking silly questions (even when they were really, really silly), was highly responsive via the Privia messaging platform, and was always accommodating and willing to listen to my thoughts/concerns/etc., without diluting her position as the expert in the room. I had a doula, too, which she was completely amenable to and she didn't push back on anything in my birth plan. I was also lucky to get to deliver with Dr. Ball—she helped me navigate induction at 41 weeks and made the process incredibly smooth, which is not typically the case with 1st timers. I really can't recommend Dr. Ball enough!
