Dr Tibbles took care of me at BILH urgent care. She sat down next to me and asked me lots of questions. She made good eye contact, had a kind bedside manner, and paid close attention to my answers. She took my symptoms seriously. I felt seen and heard by her. She explained what was going to happen and why, and she checked back in with me throughout my visit. So many healthcare providers are under so much stress these days, but Dr Tibbles didn't let any of that seep into our interaction. I was relieved and impressed and felt well taken care of. Thank you Dr. Tibbles.
