We saw Dr. Francis for ear tubes for our daughter. Our experience was great! Great bedside manner. Made sure all our questions were answered. Very knowledgeable. Our daughter did great through surgery. Dr. Francis has set clear guidelines for follow-up. Nothing negative to say!
