First off, Central Florida is a tough place to find a Rheumatologist that take on new patients. I have been seeing Dr Hasselbring for over two years now. I have a rare autoimmune disease that took a debilitating toll on my body and has taken a while to get control of. Perhaps if the course of treatment was more aggressive at the start, my symptoms might not have flared as bad as they did. That said, I sought out several additional opinions, which all differed slightly, but I stuck with Dr Hasselbring, and i am glad I did. My symptoms are currently in remission and am able to live an active lifestyle. As noted, there have been at time some issues with the back office, Dr Hasselbring has had to cancel some appointments and the new appointments were a month out, which can be concerning. Also, which Dr Hasselbring, as with almost every doctor i have visited, she details more in their clinical notes than necessarily face to face. Overall, I am very satisfied with Dr Hasselbring.
