Dr. Cheng makes herself available to you especially when you most need her. I get calls back when my situation is urgent, even on weekends! If I need a prescription and I'm out of town, she has it ready for me close by to where I'm at and once I even had it delivered to me at the hotel. Most importantly, Dr. Cheng takes the time to get to know you and how your lifestyle could be affecting your health. True integrative medicine. She's the best PCP I've ever had and I've been with her now for nearly 18 years.
