Dr gross is a good doctor, her office on the other hand is a complete mess. My kids has been seeing her since birth, and every time we go for yearly check up or any emergency they have you fill out forms like if you were a new patient. They give you the bugus excuse that they're updating their systems, but this excuse has been going on for 4 years,very irritating, unfortunately will be switching docs. Hopefully they get their system on track soon
