I have already told everyone how truly wonderful, efficient, courteous, above and beyond on patient care, Dr. Celeste Taylor and her staff are, and actually just the whole Norfolk Diagnostic Center and the people who work there. If you are looking for great service, one-stop labs, and excellent patient care you can't go wrong going to NDC and having Dr. Celeste Taylor and staff as your primary care. Been with them over 20 years and the service and people just keep getting better.
