• Gives clear explanations and sets realistic expectations• Is friendly and personable• Shows genuine concern, listens carefully, and respects patient’s opinions • Provided excellent care and support throughout my journey and afterwardI had a procedure that turned out to be a lot more involved that I initially thought. Dr Cayci’s approach gave me confidence and reduced my anxiety about the work being done, no small feat. I would not hesitate to refer others to him for breast surgery.
