He asked about my concerns at the beginning of my visit, and again at the end. The doctor explained all aspects of my particular problem very clearly and patiently. His demeanor was positive, and he listened carefully. His recommendations and plans were clear and succinct. I was delighted with Dr Haroldson, his nurse, and all of the staff.
