They were all really great the whole time, giving me information, listening, letting me take breaks as needed, and checking with me afterward. I only wish that I could have gotten the topical anesthetic prescription before the procedure because I really needed to drive myself home as soon as possible to then safely take pain meds, after which I could not drive, and the roads were bad. I had to ask a neighbor to take me to the pharmacy the next day.
