Dr, Elsner has set the bar when it comes to a Dr. He was very compassionate with awesome results. I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights following shoulder surgery back in 2013 and he called me both mornings in my room to see how I was doing. My shoulder has never felt better. I would request to see him again for my other shoulder right now but do not have Kaiser as my health provider any more.
