I was greeted immediately by the friendly and efficient front office staff and had a less than 10 minute wait in the comfortable waiting room. Enough time to take in all the memorabilia and references to the many elite athletes and entertainment personalities they have seen in this practice. How could they possibly be interested in my 70 year old knees? So pleasantly surprised to find I was treated by all concerned as a VIP. The MAs and the X-ray tech were welcoming and informative, and Megan, the NP was so pleasant and skilled when administering my cortisone shots, that I hardly felt them. Dr. Hansen was so down to earth! He took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options for treatment today and a plan of action for the future. Although you may never see me swinging on the trapeze at Cirque de Soleil or on the court with the Aces, I feel confident that team Hansen will help me return to the activities I love with my grand daughter and friends.
