Dr. Heatwole was so incredibly patient. He listened thoughtfully as we explained in detail what was going on and shared our fears & concerns. It was clear that he had read through our mom's lengthy medical history and asked questions relating to past issues for better understanding. Our time was not rushed and we feel like we have a plan to begin to address what's going on and explore possible treatments. We cannot possibly recommend him more. Thank you Dr. Heatwole!
