He was very kind, understanding, and helpful. A lot of doctors can be impersonal and even sometimes condescending when explaining various things but Dr. Ray is not at all! He is thoughtful, genuinely kind and does not rush appointments. He gives you his undivided time and attention during appointments and is very knowledgeable. He really cares! 10 out of 10 recommend.
