I had a virtual consultation--no procedure (yet). I was very impressed. Questions re xanthelasma surgery on my eyelid were answered thoroughly, and she outlined the entire procedure succinctly. She discouraged surgery for lines under my eyes; recommending filler during my xan surgery to be better (and cheaper!). I mentioned the muscle in my eye seemed weak, and I noticed a very slight droop in the last year. She immediately agreed, but she was waiting to see if I mentioned it first (rather than rush a procedure on me if I wasn't bothered by it). She was able to surmise that the droop was about 1.5 millimeters difference from the other eye...VIRTUALLY! Again, very detailed, deliberate and impressive. This is my first procedure ever and I am very scared, so I am still doing my research. However, Dr. Jeanniton was impressive and high on my list to perform the procedure.
