Dr. Fox is the best allergist I've seen in the country but the scheduling is absurd and the wait times are unbearable. I had to leave my appointment after waiting over 90 minutes in the back patient room. When I checked status I was told they had no idea when she could get to me. If that is the case communicate that directly and clearly. Give pagers like a restaurant. Most humans have jobs and appointments and schedules just as important. Her office needs to better manage the schedule.
