I had 9 laminectomy, and fusion's was in unbearable pain. Iwas disgusted with the medical community but I agreed to see him this is when he was on Long Island. I figured he would tell me the same things the orthopedist's said go for physical therapy and deal with the pain. Anyone who has gone through the same as me understands the pain I was in. He told me he would never get me pain free but I would be able to function again. For over 10 year's he controlled the pain then he moved to Albany. The people complaining about Dr. Argoff are lucky to be able to see him. Try to find a neurologist as a pain management doctor here is impossible all of them are anesthesiologist's and don't understand the nervous system,so now I spend my whole day in a hospital bed. people who live near Albany don't realize how lucky you are having Dr. Argoff to treat you. I'm trying to figure out how I can get up to Albany & have him treat my pain again and let me function as I was under his care
