This was my second experience at Kaiser, and I could not be more impressed with Dr. Hare's overall approach to diagnosis and communication. As a former health care worker I have seen a range of physician approaches. Hare was exceptional in his care: thorough and patient in communicating exactly how he reached his diagnosis, and the overall background of the disease. He did not talk down to me, nor did he scoff at my concerns over symptoms which were examined with care. Staff was great too.
