Dr. Brown was the supervising Emergency Dept doctor on call when I visited recently (2/17/16 from around 12 PM - 7 PM). I found him to be genuinely caring and concerned about my situation; he was available for any questions that I had; and he was thorough with his explanations (but not in a patronizing way, which I also appreciated).
