Knowledge and compassion are 2 traits which Dr Kamen has mastered. Over my several visits with him I have been very reassured of the accuracy of my diagnosis, his knowledge base in a complex field and last but certainly not least his compassion and empathy. 5 stars for sure, simply the best!
